Members of Troop 705, Scouts and well as adult leaders are given nicknames but the nicknames must be earned.  They are usually earned during a camping trip and cannot be derogatory in any way.  Although Scouts are encouraged to use the nicknames they cannot call an adult leader by a nickname unless that leader has given them permission to do so.  Scouts name other Scouts and Adult leaders name Adult leaders.

Adult Leaders:

‘Pappy’, ‘Inspector Gadget’, ‘Grubby’, ‘Grizzly’, ‘Deputy Dawg', ‘Gabby’, ‘Professor’, ‘Mess Kit’, ‘Casper the Friendly Nurse’, ‘Fred’, ‘Wilma’, 'Sleepy'.
